This diploma thesis focus on the funding options of the investment activities of municipalities. This thesis interprets public administration of Slovak republic, funding options of municipalities in Slovakia and grant policy of the European Union and Slovak republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse a specific project, ways of funding and an offer of suggestion for a possible change of funding.

This master´s thesis concerns with evaluation of financial situation of the company by means of financial analysis of its accounts and tries to propose alteration in capital structure of the company. This thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part concerns explanation of basic ideas and methods of financial analysis and sources of company financing, analytical part evaluate the financial situation of the company in last five years. End of this thesis indicate potential improvement of the financial situation through change in capital structure.

In my study for the Master´s thesis "Corporate Financial Strategy " I expain terms, such as enterprise financing and its structure, long and short-term financing, external, internal and alternative financing optimum financial structure and its costs.This all I applicated in the study where try to asses the fianancial structura and financing of real company. I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.

Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.

The bachelor thesis is concerning with the financing of the investment activities of municipalities. In thesis are described the possible sources of financing including the grant programs of the European Union and Czech Republic. Also there is presented the specific construction contract of the municipality and its financing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this concrete project and its ways of financing.

The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation and suggestion of the optimal solution.

In analytical part I am applying theoretical knowledge to the particular company. Thesis conclusion points on possibilities of the company situation improvement and future development.

The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.

Describes the public administration of the Czech Republic and possible sources of municipal financing, including grant programs. It analyzes the subsidy policy of the EU and the Czech Republic. It analyzes a specific municipality, it characterizes the investment project in the village, its development and financing, including an alternative method.
